- Shipping Policy -

We ship out within 3 days of receiving your payment. All items are packed with care.

It is important to us that your item reaches you in a timely manner and arrives safely.

EUROPEAN deliveries are via FIRST CLASS MAIL and take 2-6 business days. Shipping to Switzerland is free of shipping costs after a purchase of 60 Chfr.

INTERNATIONAL deliveries are via REGULAR MAIL. This option may take 2 to 4 weeks and has no insurance. The post office does not guarantee the shipping times. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to SPEED MAIL please let us know BEFORE the payment as there is an additional cost. DELIVERY TIME: 7 – 10 days.

Important: We don't have any control over the postal office systems once your package is mailed. We can not be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Unclaimed/ lost/ undelivered packages are not refundable. Liability of the package will be transfered to buyer upon arrival of the item to the destination country. We don't take any responsibility for stolen, damage, lost, or late delivery. Insurance is available upon request with additional cost.

International customers may be required to pay customs duty on packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

We can not legally mark packages as a 'gift' to avoid these duties. We will ship multiple items in the same jewellery box.


- Refund Policy -

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and we want you to love what you have ordered. So if for any reason you find your purchase is not suitable, we will assist you with an exchange. Return requests outside this time may not be considered. We can not accept returns if the item was purchased in a sale.

In your email please provide the following:

- Your name

- Your contact details

- The item(s) you would like to return

- The reason you are returning the intem(s)

Josephine’s will confirm via email whether your item(s) can be returned. Once you have received confirmation please return the item(s) within 7 days for European customers and within 21 days for international customers.

We will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set below. The original shipping charges are not refundable. And if you are exchanging for an alternative item a shipping charge will be applied. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty. You can only refund jewellery, the bags are non refundable.

We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumtances:

- You have made contact with Josephine’s within 3 days from the date receiving the jewellery.

- The original tags have not been removed.

- The jewels have not been worn, used, soiled or damaged

- In case of earrings, bracelets and necklaces returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty. We will not accept returns for change of mind.

Important: We do not refund for lost packages and we are also not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address. For any items that are returned, the shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
